Chrome Extension not unlocking

Just got a new PC and install the app and extension fine but when i click on the 1password extension icon and then click open 1password nothing happens. i right click on it then when into settings...

I'm sorry to hear that you are also having issues with the shared lock state between 1Password 8 for Windows and 1Password in the browser after reinstalling. Could you please follow my instructions here to send those requested reports and in the email also include:
