Chrome Extension Not Working After Reinstalling

Question

I did a fresh reinstallation of Chrome on Windows 10 Pro and when I click on the 1Password extension it takes me to this URL:

chrome-extension://aeblfdkhhhdcdjpifhhbdiojplfjncoa/app/app.html#/page/welcome

instead of invoking 1Password Mini.

I am using 1Password 7.9.828.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Win 10 Pro
