chrome passwords keep popping up in front of 1passwords

When I am using chrome on my desktop and come to a password field the old chrome password boxes popup in front of the 1password passwords. how do fix this? Thanks! 1Password Version: 8....

its getting pretty frustrating especially for my wife who has a lot of problems navigating around this on her Ipad. Thanks for any light you can shed!
