Cleared cookies in Safari - now extension refuses to remember settings

I actually cleared all website data; I was having a problem with a particular bank. I guess that's where 1Password for Safari keeps its settings. Now, I can't seem to get the extension to remember...

Hi Jack,

I tried restarting Safari many times. Eventually the restart of Safari worked and it was able to retain preferences. I'm not quite sure what was different on the last attempt. It could be that I had the 1Password application opened as I was restarting Safari and that was getting in the way.
