You don't need all these website names for Microsoft.
You need this one entry only: https://login.microsoft.com/

Every Microsoft service redirects there internally for login, so 1Password identifies Microsoft logins with this one entry.

I also found https://login.microsoftonline.com in one of my Microsoft account entries, might be this is also used with business accounts. But more than these two are not required.
