Design dropdown list of search results

In the dropdown list of search results, the user name used to be displayed next to the title. Now the notes are displayed there. This is not useful for me, how can I reset this so that the user names are visible again?

    I'm sorry that you're seeing a similar issue with 1Password for Android. To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing and attach it to your reply:

    Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot. I recommend using a test item if possible.
