Different Watchtower results from 1P8 on iOS and iPadOS

In the last few days I cleaned up my Watchtower entries with 1P8 on iOS, but then I realized that one of them still gets reported by 1P8 on iPadOS even though the entry itself is identical on both platforms. Is this a known bug? Let me know in case you need additional details to properly report it to you.
