Edge Extension shows no items

I use 1Password's Edge Extension on two computers (one Windows 10, one Windows 11). Occasionally on both, I can log into the extension and it shows my accounts and vaults list, but no logins or other...

    Sorry to go silent. This problem seems to have healed itself, perhaps because of an app update.
