email address and secret key are not correct on android but laptop no problem please advise

So installing on new phone Android and when I put in my sign in credentials it states email and key incorrect but it works on other device just fine please help me with this I am lost here.

    @Bud4all66 Have you tried adding the account to the Android app by scanning the QR code at 1password.com? Login to your account at 1password.com using one of your other devices, navigate to your profile, click show below the QR code and capture it with the Android app.
