emergency kit for other family users
I am administrator of family account; I and my wife each have our own logins to the shared vault; Is it possible to generate an Emergency kit for my wife's login with out actually logging in to her s...

To my knowledge, no ... as soon as you (re)generate the kit, it signs all others out (as you effectively are creating a new secret key). It would also be 'potentially very bad' if you could just grift into another ones account, if you could do it, so could someone else :) (Defying the entire way 1Password works). Also, why would you generate new kits/codes? Shared vaults don't effect individuals ability or anything else related to emergency kits or recovery codes?
And again no, tmk you need 'either' emergency kit 'or' recovery code. Where one allows you to 'gain additional control' the other will effectively render all existing ones invalid.
