Encoding error in "Welcome to 1Password"

In the Windows app there is an encoding error in the 'secure notes' text for the "🎉 Welcome to 1Password!" note. Certain characters are replaced by an empty square. In the android app the emoticons are displayed correctly. See also the screenshot:

    Thanks for bringing this up! Looks like this happens in both 1Password 7 for Windows as well as 1Password 8 for Windows.
