Encoding error in "Welcome to 1Password"

In the Windows app there is an encoding error in the 'secure notes' text for the "🎉 Welcome to 1Password!" note. Certain characters are replaced by an empty square. In the android app the emoticons ...

Thanks for bringing this up! Looks like this happens in both 1Password 7 for Windows as well as 1Password 8 for Windows.

I'll let our development team know so we can get this corrected! 💙
