extension installed in FF(110.0 64 bit, Windows 11). does not do anything when selected

title says it all... ideas? 1P icon shows locked. nothing happens when pressed. Re-installed several times. restarted browser and computer.

    Thank you for getting back to us @jpo98056. Can you check your Firefox settings and let me know if you have it set to either 'Always use private browsing mode' or 'Never remember history'?

    If yes can you try disabling these settings and let us know if it improves things?

    Are you finding that a blank window or tab opens when you click on the 1Password extension icon in Firefox?
