Extension popups can't be dismissed in Incognito mode on Chromium browsers

Hello! 👋

I'm sorry for the delay in replying, I've split your post into a dedicated thread since the issue that you're running into (a bug where 1Password popups can't be dismissed in certain situations such as Incognito mode on Chromium browsers) is different from the issue the original poster of the other thread is running into in Safari. 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Our developers are aware of the issue and hopefully a fix will be released in a future version of 1Password soon.
