Extension Very Unreliable on Mac Safari

There was another discussion that appears to have been closed on this issue and I'm seeing the same thing. The Safari extension on Mac frequently stops working. I just get a spinner in the window...

If you do run into the issue again (but I hope that you don't) then send in a diagnostics report and the team and I will investigate further. 🙂
