3 years agoI’m facing the same issue with 1Password 8 since months ago: I had to reset the settings on my iPhone and FaceID didn’t work from that moment on!
I tried to uninstall the app, disable and re-enable FaceID, and everything else.
Now I’m using 1Password 7 in order to being able to use it.
Please 1Password team, fix it! It’s really frustrating not being able to use the last version of your software because of this bug! I’m happy to pay for your service (which is awesome), but I don’t want to be forced into using version 7.
