3 years agoHi @jackbrannen, we're really sorry for the trouble here. This is an issue that the team is working hard to resolve and we hope to have a fix for it soon. Your best bet is to keep 1Password up to date so that you have the fix as soon as it's available: https://support.1password.com/update-1password/

Some users have opted to redownload 1Password 7 to regain Face ID functionality. If you had previously downloaded version 7, you can find it in your app purchase history.
