Family Plan and Password Issues for Other Family Members

Hi Crazyivan68​, thanks for writing in! To help with my understanding of the situation I have a few questions. 

every time my spouse uses the computer with the Chrome plug-in 1Password asks for my master password.

Just to confirm, is this a shared computer where you're both accessing 1Password? 

After I enter my master password then my spouse can access the vaults (spouse's private vault and family shared vault).

When your spouse is accessing vaults in this scenario, is your personal vault accessible as well?

It's ridiculous that I can't contact an actual human to discuss this as I don't believe a bot would have the solution to this.
