Family Plan and Password Issues for Other Family Members

Just to confirm, is this a shared computer where you're both accessing 1Password?
After I enter my master password then my spouse can access the vaults (spouse's private vault and family shared vault).
When your spouse is accessing vaults in this scenario, is your personal vault accessible as well?
It's ridiculous that I can't contact an actual human to discuss this as I don't believe a bot would have the solution to this.
I'm sorry to hear there have been some roadblocks in reaching the support team here at 1Password. My apologies for any trouble. If our chatbot doesn't have the answers you're looking for, you can ask it to create a ticket which will allow you to open an email conversation with our support team. It's a shared computer, although I have my own. Look, I simply want my spouse to input my spouse's master password to access my spouse's personal private vault and the ones I chose to share with her. There is no need for me having to enter my master password. I simply want someone human to help me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I don't think this is too much to ask for - decent human support instead of a stupid chatbot. I don't need suggestions and questions regarding use scenarios. I simply wanting a solution that is easy for me to implement. Assume this is foreign to me and I need hand holding on getting this done. Mindless chatbots that can't use intuition to determine what is actual needed to resolve the issue.
Assume a shared computer where my spouse won't be accessing my personal vault other that the one's I specifically shared to the shared vault. How do I get this done? What am I missing? As for the stinking chatbot I wouldn't know how to set up a query that it would grasp and give me appropriate answer or directions to.

It can be difficult to make suggestions without getting a better idea of the landscape. My questions were intended to help with this so I didn't make any recommendations that would lead us on a wild goose chase. My apologies for not clarifying.
If you're entering your account password for your spouse to access 1Password on the shared computer, I would suspect the account she's seeing on the computer is yours and not hers.
If that's the case, to help keep things separate, the easiest options would likely be to set up a separate profile for your spouse on the computer. The 1Password app and extension can then be installed on that profile. Here are guides from Apple and Microsoft covering profile management:
After installing 1Password on your spouse's profile she can sign in with her account details; including her Secret Key and account password (as you mentioned she can access 1Password on her phone, the QR code or sign-in link available from the "Set Up Another Device..." menu might help). Once the initial sign in is complete, only her account password should be required to sign in on the separate computer profile. When you switch to your computer profile, only your account password should be required to sign in to your account.
