Hello ahmadshaqra! 👋
Thank you for the feedback! Have you tried using collections to only show the vaults that you need currently? Collections offer you control over which vaults appear in the 1Password app: Use collections to create custom groups of vaults
When it comes to 1Password in the browser, you can hide no longer vaults there as well:
- Open your browser.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
- Click Accounts & vaults.
- Hide the vaults that you don't need right now.
That being said, while it's not currently possible to archive an entire vault in 1Password, I've filed a feature request on your behalf to have our product team look into building such a feature in the future. Thanks for letting us know how we can make 1Password more useful for your needs.-Dave
