Feature Request: Fillable Forms to Request Information

I would love if there was a 1password equivalent to google forms or something similar to obtain information from clients weather sensitive or not. For example, obtaining their SSN, DOB, ID cards, etc...

Please, please, please do this. This would come in so handy to collect credit card info, etc from clients when I'm working through setting up accounts. I'm sure there's some 3rd part I could use, but being able to just send someone a request to fill out a 1password item like a credit card would be huge for me.

I came here to post this exact feature request but found this post first.
