[Features suggestion] Improve Markdown rendering for Notes and support manual arrange fields

1. Secure note support Markdown syntax but it rendering is to bad. For example, if I want to insert a link, [display_text](https://example.com), it should display only display_text, but now we see all the raw text. Additionally, the code block, code, now displaying no difference with normal text. Please improve that point.
2. When editing an item, there are many other fields we can add, such as attached file, url, text. Currently, these field can not be rearranged. I hope you will allow user to drag and drop these fields to rearrange them
