Fingerprint unlock on PC

I was able to fix my fingerprint scan in my phone. I can now use it to access 1Password on Samsung phone. I still have the same problem on my PC. Does 1password not work with any type of hardware device such as a USB fingerprint scanner, etc. I want to remove entry of passwords on it as well if possible?
