    Hi Dave, thanks for your reply . It appears that I have just resolved the issue a few hours ago: I have uninstalled 1password and reinstalled again , and now fingerprint is working as it should. So it seems something was wrong when I transferred my settings from my old OnePlus to the Xiaomi . Thanks again .

Hi there

I have the exact same issue but with a slightly different phone (Xiaomi 15 - Global) but I've uninstalled 1password multiple times and cleared the cache and I'm still getting the same issue. 

Is there any sign of a resolution?

I'm sorry that you're also running into trouble and that reinstalling 1Password didn't help in your case. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

Send a diagnostics report (Android)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:
