Hi Dave, thanks for your reply . It appears that I have just resolved the issue a few hours ago: I have uninstalled 1password and reinstalled again , and now fingerprint is working as it should. So it seems something was wrong when I transferred my settings from my old OnePlus to the Xiaomi . Thanks again .

Same issue for me with my Xiaomi 15 Ultra, reinstalling the app was helping fixing it before but not anymore... So I can't use fingerprint unlock at all for 1Password anymore.

Hi Bartido,
Thanks for reporting this. Can you share which version of 1Password you're running and which version of Android? Could you also try re-installing one more time to see if it helps? That will typically help for the short-term, but I want to report it if that's no longer the case.

Another message to let you know that I just tried to delete cache, then All Data, and uninstall the app to fully reinstall it.
Logged in using QR code, activated fingerprint unlock, restarted the app, typed the master password one time and restarted the app again.
Then I saw the fingerprint unlock but after trying it just got "That didn't work. Please try again.".

Hi Simon, I'm using 1Password version 8.10.83 on Android 15.
Reinstalling the app doesn't help anymore.
I have this issue for a few months already and it's very unsecure to each time have to input master password in public.

Hi Bartido, I'm sorry to hear you're still seeing issues here.
The team is still working on this issue from our end. While it might not be a completely permanent solution, could I get you to try the steps I shared in this comment? Make sure to have your current account password and Secret Key available outside of 1Password for Android before doing so. Let us know how that goes, or if you have any questions. Thanks!
