Hi Dave, thanks for your reply . It appears that I have just resolved the issue a few hours ago: I have uninstalled 1password and reinstalled again , and now fingerprint is working as it should. So it seems something was wrong when I transferred my settings from my old OnePlus to the Xiaomi . Thanks again .

5 months agoI'm sorry that you're running into biometric unlock issues when using 1Password on your Xiaomi 15 devices. If the steps posted by my colleague didn't help then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Android device so that we can investigate further:
Send a diagnostics report (Android)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:

Hi Dave,
Thank you for your reply (sorry for my late reply, I was traveling).
I have to adjust my post, all of a sudden since 2 days, the fingerprint started working. Now I can login using biometrics. I haven't adjusted anything or changed settings since my first post. Do you want me to send diagnostics anyways to help other people with the problem?

I'm sorry for my own late reply. I'm happy that everything is working again!
If the issue occurs again then please send in a diagnostics report so that we can investigate further, but if everything is working then no other action is needed for now.
