    Hi Dave, thanks for your reply . It appears that I have just resolved the issue a few hours ago: I have uninstalled 1password and reinstalled again , and now fingerprint is working as it should. So it seems something was wrong when I transferred my settings from my old OnePlus to the Xiaomi . Thanks again .

I'm sorry that you're running into biometric unlock issues when using 1Password on your Xiaomi 15 devices. If the steps posted by my colleague didn't help then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Android device so that we can investigate further:

Send a diagnostics report (Android)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:
