UPDATE: Oh FFS, 1Password. So, I happily logged into a few sites and all looked good. I locked my Mac and went away for an hour or so. Upon my return and unlocking my Mac, 1Password's Safari extension is no longer working to auto-fill fields. The behavior is right back to before--it teases you by showing that it HAS your information, but won't insert it into the fields. Grrrrr.

I was about ready to give up, cancel my family account, and move to Apple's Passwords account. I'd tried all of the basic uninstall, reboot, reinstall, etc., without any joy. Decided to pop into the community to see if this was a common issue. Lo and behold, it appears it is.
Yours was the second post I read after scanning and I figured the solution was worth a shot. And... BINGO! everything appears to be working as expected once again across multiple sites. Yay! Fingers crossed it remains functional but at least I have a new troubleshooting tool now!
