Hi boubou,

Since I cannot test on the fortinet.com website personally, I'd like to ask you to grab a page structure of the website, here are the steps:

  1. Navigate to the site and place your cursor in the one-time password field.
  2. Right-click(ctrl + click) in the input field to bring up the page context menu, and choose "1Password - Password Manager".
  3. Click "Help" and choose "Collect Page Structure".
  4. 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.

Then, can you email the page structure to us at:

support@1Password.com

    kevin_li​ was this corrected?  I have the exact same issue with Fortinet Sites and the OTP I saved in 1password. THinks the field is a VISA card.!?

      Thanks for reaching out. The team is aware of a known issue where 1Password will incorrectly suggest a credit card for a 2FA field on both forticloud.com and fortinet.com. The issue is still open in our developer's backlog to be resolved in the future. 

      For the time being, you can copy and paste or drag and drop your one-time password from the 1Password pop-up in your browser. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

        I have to copy paste as the pop up doesn't really work when It keeps thinking it's a VISA card.

        If I can ask to escalate or tell your internal review teams to put a bump on this.

        FortiGate is a big player now in the UTM market and I'm seeing a lot of deployments. This should be pushed up a bit so you show a better compatibly with other security vendors. Especially when 1Password themselves want to be player in the MSP space..
