From Family 4.6 ?

I've been useing sine 2010 and am  running Family Pack, on v4.6 on Windows 11 with iPhones and iPad running 1Pass7 and all sharing the vault on Dropbox.   As with all of us, my life is in that vault.  :-)
I am now changing Laptops.

1 - Where can I get 4.6.262  download for Windows, to use temporarily on new laptop whilst I change laptops and set it up.

2 - What is the easiest upgrade option.  Will I need to buy new license?

That is the 1Password update server. The file is legit and from the source. :)

Memberships are the way forward. Licenses are no longer sold.

I get that.  But not into subscriptions. I paid for a licence. It needs no updates.  It's working well.
The EXPORT feature doesn't export all the content, and so I'm locked in until I find an alternative that is not subscription based.  Ridiculously expensive when all I need is a secure store. Subscription software is not for me. I spent 40 years in the software business.  I know what subscription software is all about thanks.  Good for the provider.  Good if the software changes every 2 weeks. But 4.2 has all I need.
I accept I may not find one.  Everyone is subscription nowadays.  I wonder why that is? :-)
