Thank you for reporting the issue! When a 1Password account is frozen, the expected behaviour is that the ability to save new items to vaults should be unavailable. Our development team is tracking a few cases like this where that might not happen consistently and hopefully this inconsistency will be fixed in a future update soon.
I recommend that you reactivate your subscription in order to be able to properly save new logins using 1Password in the browser. Let me know if there's anything else that I can help you with.
