Frustrated! (But I'm sure you'll fix it quickly)

My wife has retired and her work email that is on her 1Password (as part of our family account) has changed. And I cannot work out how to change it!  It's very frustrating. I've followed all the ins...

    Thanks for the reply. It looks like you're using the desktop app, you'll need to use 1Password.com in the browser instead. Follow these steps in order: 

    1. Log in to your wife's 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).
    2. Click on her name in the top right corner and then click My Profile. 
    3. Click Change Email on the left hand side of the page. Follow the prompts. 


    If one of these steps doesn't work then let me know which one and I can help further.
