Thank you for posting the screenshot and I'm sorry for the confusion. My screenshot was from 1Password in the browser, while it looks like you're using the desktop app. You can find the option to add numbers as separators to a memorable password in the desktop app here:

Thank you, it helps, but... I usually prefer the "memorable password" option. It may be illogical from me because, in fact, it almost never happens that I have to copy a password manually but, nevertheless, I prefer that. And in that option numbers are never used. In my view, it should and it would not change the "memorable" aspect of the passwords.

Thanks for the reply. You can add numbers to memorable password by changing the following setting:
If you'd like this to be the default type of password that 1Password suggests in the browser then make sure to check "Use as default for suggestions" as well.-Dave
