    Thank you for posting the screenshot and I'm sorry for the confusion. My screenshot was from 1Password in the browser, while it looks like you're using the desktop app. You can find the option to add numbers as separators to a memorable password in the desktop app here:

Dave,

that it strange. This is indeed the option I was looking for, but I do not have it on my machine. I run 1Password for Mac 8.10.64, 81064007, on PRODUCTION channel, freshly updated. This is what I see when I generate a new password: 

 

which looks different from yours. 

Where do I get this wrong?
