Generator with apps

I read some of the PW Generator discussions and hate to add another, but I was wondering if it was ever possible for the Generator should work with IOS apps when creating a login there. I just used ...

I think you are on the track, but I am still confused or rather feeling like I am missing something. I know when I deal with apps on my iPhone (versus a browser site); I do not get prompted for a PW to be generated. So is this generator popping up when I create a new ID and such or do I have to open and copy? For sure I do not get prompted which is why I use a 3rd party because I have to copy it as well. This is a subject I am in a fog over in 1PW. The 3rd party has the same capability to do very strong PWs so there is nothing 1PW can add but convenience and I don't get that. Whether I am not based on my not doing something right I have no idea yet.
