@AntonioM
I'm glad that you were able to resolve the issue.
For anyone else running into the same problem we have a guide here: What to do if you see a message about offline items — 1Password Community

The solution posted by AlwaysSortaCurious worked for me -- signed out of 1Password on MacAir and signed back in -- the message went away.

That worked, the items disappeared from the "Offline" list but remain synced.

If you're satisfied that you don't need those items any more and you want to permanently discard them, follow the steps shown in Sign out of 1Password and sign back in, but first make sure that you can sign in to 1Password.com and that you know your account password and have another device signed in nearby or have a copy of your Emergency Kit to hand.
To sign out, click the 🔽 down arrow at the top of the sidebar and choose Manage Accounts, then click your account. Click the ••• button in the top-right corner, then Sign Out.
If that's your only 1Password account, you'll be back at the Welcome screen and you can click Sign In.
If you're still signed in to another 1Password account, click "+ Add an Account" on the Manage Accounts screen to sign back in. - jimgarrisonOccasional Contributor
Same problem here. I only have 2 items stuck in "Offline Items" but they are important and have never been archived. I confirmed that modifying them did not propagate to other devices.
I don't have a "logout" option, only "close", "lock" and "quit". "Quit" and restart did not fix the issue. I'm on 8.10.9

Thanks for the additional feedback here, @K2342.
Unfortunately, these errors can vary and we've seen customers with multiple offline items that are related to a few different status issues/errors. We can help determine the best course of action through review of a diagnostics report.
If you have any other questions, just let us know and we'd be happy to help investigate further.
