GitHub Education Account Deletion

I created a Github Education account and now I don't need it. My parents have a Family account. I use the same login email address for both accounts. How can I delete the Personal account (non-Family Account)?

When I am signed in to my Personal (GitHub created) account I don't see a way to do this in Manage Account or in Billing.
