Global keyboard shortcuts that are not resetable

I have my own keyboard shortcuts for show 1Password and Show quick access (shift+opt+cmd+space and shift+cmd+space) but 1password still uses cmd+] which is used in all my text editors for indent. I can't turn that off. This is horrible and currently I have to fully quit 1password or else I cannot actually work.
