Global shortcut does not work in Wayland/Xwayland
Running on Ubuntu 23.10, using Xwayland (just switched from Xorg) and Nvidia driver 555.42.02.
The global shortcut (Ctrl-Shift-Space) which used to work in an Xorg session does not work in a Wayla...

I understand you're facing an issue where you're unable to use global shortcuts when in Wayland mode. Have you attempted setting the shortcuts within Gnome? I'll leave an article with instructions on how to accomplish that below:
