Has the simple way to Reveal a Password disappeared in 1Password 8?
In 1Password 7, I could see a password quickly and easily by option-clicking on the password field. That useful feature seems to have disappeared in version 8. Why did you drop this and other useful features? Or is there a way to see a password that is as simple, quick, and intuitive as it was under version 7?

OS Version: macOS `2.4
Browser:_ Safari 15.5

I agree - this was a simple good feature and it is now lost. The only option I can see on the ios app is that you have the passwords revealed all the time (Settings > Security > Always show passwords and full credit card numbers). There is no simple reveal option.

Hello Nekoninda! π
You can enable the ability to reveal a password by pressing the Option button by following these steps:
- Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
- Click on 1Password next to the ο£Ώ in the menu bar.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on Security.
- Check "Hold Option to toggle revealed fields".
I hope that helps. π
