Help Please
All of a sudden when I close my browser it locks 1Password all of the years before I had to just unlock and it would stayed unlocked until I rebooted my computer. I have gone through the settings and I don't see any thing that coincides with this issue. I'm running the latest version Nov 2025

I'm sorry that 1Password is locking unexpectedly. So that I can help, please tell me the following:
- What browser are you using?
- Are you using a Mac, Windows PC, or a different type of device?
- Is the 1Password desktop app installed and running?

Hello Dave it seems that my desktop 1Password seems to work fine my extension for chrome has decide not to work like before. I opened up my known extensions and there was an exclamation mark next to the extension and would not let flip it to on, also there was a 1Password old extension still there seeming to be allowed to work. So I deleted the new extension leaving the old one. In the past when I closed out the chrome browser and reopened the browser I did not have to put my password back in. In the past I had to only enter my password after a reboot.
