How can I unlock 1Password when Face ID is broken?

I use the iPhone Xs Max. A couple of days ago, my iPhone said that Face ID was not available due to malfunctioning of the True Depth. And it hasn't been solved yet. Therefore, I need to enter a lon...

Thanks for the reply. After you select Passcode please unlock the main 1Password app (from the home screen of your iPhone) using your account password one more time. After that, lock 1Password and try to unlock it again. You should now be able to use your device passcode.

Let me know if that doesn't work.
