How can I view and modify private share links that I have created?

Hey there @troyunverdruss

You can find the sharing history for an item by clicking the account and vault header above, then clicking "View history", like this:

When you click "View history", you'll see this:

From there, you can 🔗 Copy the link again, or ⛔️ Remove it, so that it doesn't work any more.

I can see how this could be useful, so I've passed that idea along to the Product team for their consideration. I don't know if or when that feature would be added to 1Password, but keep an eye on the 1Password Releases blog to see what's new.
