How Do I "Actually" Stop Auto Login? Not "stop" it, but actually, really, no-kidding stop it?
I have several work related websites that react badly to automatic login. I have unchecked automatic login globally, and locally, if it was available locally. They still try to automatically login. ...

Thank you very much for the detailed reply. I appreciate the care you put into it.
Unfortunately, this I have already done. However, certain websites the auto-login still happens.
This part might help: "However, the option is saved locally with the browser cache, meaning you will need to reset the option on new devices where you have the 1Password extension installed. I'm sorry about the inconvenience and confusion it caused."
Maybe I have turned it off only on one browser. I will double check that.
After that, I will try uninstalling and reinstalling. I was hoping there was a setting somewhere I had missed, but I believe I have done all as you described.
Thank you again.

It's my pleasure that I could assist with the case. Regarding what you mentioned:
Maybe I have turned it off only on one browser. I will double check that.
Yes, you will need to turn off the option separately on different browsers.
After that, I will try uninstalling and reinstalling.
Keep in mind that the autosubmit option will be on by default on new installation.
Meanwhile, I'd suggest you give my second workaround, which is the item-based autosubmit feature a try. The benefit is that the autosubmit feature will be saved within the login item itself rather than locally. This way, even if the extension global autosubmit option is turned on, the login items that had the item-based feature disabled won't encounter the sign-in issue.
Let me know how it goes.
