how do I find which service I am using to sync?

I have restored my wife's acct but cannot sign in 1password on her safari tool bar. I want to check to see if problem is with "syncing" 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: No...

I am not able to sign in to her account at the above link. I used her email address and secret key that is documented on her Emergency Kit but get the message: "Can’t sign in. The email address and Secret Key are not correct. Get help."
My wife has installed the Safari 1password extension but does not use the app
