How do I get tech support from 1Password?

Do I have to call them for tech support? Do they even have chat or email support? I have been looking at their website and no where to be found on how to contact them for technical issues. This is a ...

Thank you for the reply. Just to clarify: are you now able to unlock 1Password using Touch ID? Or is Touch ID still not working?

If it's still not working then can you unlock your Mac using Touch ID? Do you see an error message when trying to unlock 1Password?
