How do you setup password management selection on Apple M1 MBP

When I follow the 1password directions for configuring it, I am getting the Apple Password manager popup covering the 1password popup so I can't see it. How can I have the choice of password manager...

Thank you for the screenshot! Our recommendation is to turn off the Apple feature to avoid interfering with 1Password doing the same thing:

There is currently no way to keep both enabled, and be prompted about which one to use every single time I am afraid.
