How long does it take support to assist

Has been 4 days since I installed this and asked for support. I keep getting emails that I have looged in from browsers. Try to connect with windows and Android app and tells me I can't. Haven't gotten response from support other than initial email in 4 days

    Good thing it's not anything you depend on, or use much.
    Some programs just give you boilerplate responses,
    and serial followups that don't appear to have read the prior thread.
    Have you tried turning it off and then on? /s

    Having similar issue, here, where answers and help are needed.

    SInce Feb 26 - it is now Mar 11! - I have not received any help. I get a pasted-in tutorial response.
    I cannot keep an extension working for more than a day or two before I have to uninstall it and reinstall it.

    I'm sorry to hear of the delays. We have received a higher than normal amount of tickets recently and have been working diligently to reply to everyone.

    I understand that my message here is also 1 and 2 days old for each of, but you should have received an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number.  If you have yet to receive any updated replies from our support team please post that number here so we can get those emails into the right hands. Thanks and we truly appreciate your patience!
