how to change catergories please

Categories are pretty different from each other and have very different default fields, so you can only change a Password item into a Login item (by adding a username) or back again (by removing the username).

Logins should be used for any items where you sign into something, be that an app or a website. Credit Cards are for payment methods only, rather than signing into your credit card company, for example. Email Accounts contain all the technical information you would need to set up a mail client, rather than just signing into your webmail.
