how to completely remove 1Password from imac

I have had repeated problems after a reinstall of macos monterey on my 2017 imac. despite many attempts and support suggestions the fix is not durable and I want to start over with a fresh reinstall ...

I'm sorry that you're running into a problem when using 1Password for Mac. I see that you're currently discussing the issue with the support team over email and I recommend that you continue the conversation there since they're aware of the history of the issue.
